The OPTIMUS Foundation
This is a tax-exempt organization established to support OPTIMUS Health Care, Inc. Supporting the Foundation means you support health care for women, infants, and children as well as underserved, underinsured families.

Make a one-time or monthly gift online. After contributing, you receive an acknowledgment letter for your tax records. If your company offers a matching gift program, you can use the program to double your contribution.
