Do you care deeply about community health and want to shape how care is delivered in your neighborhood? Serving on the Optimus Foundation Board is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our community. As a board member, you’ll help ensure that everyone—regardless of age, income, citizenship status, or insurance coverage—has access to safe, high-quality healthcare services with Optimus Health Care, Inc.

What to Expect?

We are looking for individuals and/or organizational representation that are willing to:

  • Serve a 1-year term with no limit on the number of terms a Trustee serves
  • An annual commitment to contribute and/or fundraise $5,000
  • Participate in an annual Board development session and/or strategic planning session
  • Attend quarterly meetings and
  • Attend one annual meeting per year
  • At least a 5-10 hour time commitment per quarter
  • Committed to increasing the awareness of Optimus Health Care’s (Optimus) work as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
  • Partner with Optimus’ CEO, Senior Leadership, Staff, and Board to implement a strategic plan that aligns with Optimus Foundation’s mission
